i also requested a late check out which was granted and i m very thankful for that

the birds that steal your food at the pool. but that's not the fault of the resort. haha

be prepared to spend extra money on extra's they have a mother daughter spa thing, character breakfast and excursions

there were many activities to do for the kids and family.

they need to be more able because they are receiving a lot of people with kids

beautiful resort with amazing food. allowed for late check out.

bars and restaurants

as a single example, we walked around for an hour trying to find a mini-golf event that was advertised to occur but no staff member could help us locate it

the wifi was fantastic throughout the resort

facilities available but lack of coaching

we were lucky to get a late check out as we had an evening flight

at the front desk was great in helping us secure a taxi for our departure and arranging for a late check out as our flight left later in the evening

the rooftop pool and bar were my favorite place to be, it was so peaceful

hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was by far the best one we had in dominican republic

we loved the sky bar with the rooftop pool

money exchange, supermarkets, and bavaro beach within 5 min of walk - cleaning every 2 days - late check out by request - great variety of excursions for reasonable

beach bar where they have awesome fish tacos (best i had all week), and the soles cafe with great breakfast sandwiches and specialty coffee drinks in the morning

location is fantastic, very nice people who work there and a big nice breakfast
