the late check out of noon, staff and housekeeping is very accommodating
they have an indoor pool (which i haven’t used before), they’ll call you a shuttle to pick you up or drop you off
continental breakfast with coffee available 24/7 laundry also available which makes traveling easier when you can do wash at the hotels five stars

great comfortable room. decent breakfast. the free late check out was a bonus.
even offering a late check out for those that could not access their rooms right away
i especially like they offered kids trix yogurt, regular, and lite yogurt too
my husband and kids decided to go ahead and swim and got out after 10 minutes because it was so cold
was amazing both days and they had hot breakfast, staff was super friendly, pool was nice and the kids loved it

he sent me water, housekeeping got me ice and a late check out
location is awesome with an optional shuttle that will pick you up and take you anywhere downtown
the shuttle around downtown.
very friendly staff. free parking. great location. free shuttle to the airport and around town.
pool was a little on the cool side and too much chlorine and chlorine smell for my husband to come

the staff worked with us when our flight changed and we were able to work out a late check out with them so my son could go to school virtually
no complimentary breakfast at this price point
the staff was more than accommodating and the shuttle crew was friendly, on time, and safety was a priority
