the pool was the best hotel pool i have been too in a long time

breakfast was not up to expectations. they were no microwave ovens in the rooms.

good breakfast. location worked out great for us. enjoed the kansas star casino.

they said i could do a late check out or stay longer

it was a great location. there is a fridge and a kitchen area.

the room space and the kitchen was great for me and my family

plus they gave free late check out so we could swim and take our time checking out

pool & hot tub could be open earlier than 10 am

great facilities! hot tub and pool were clean and mice area!

they have beautiful courtyard with a pool that can be used in warmer weather

our early morning flights were cancelled at the last minute and the hotel allowed us early check in

7/9, & a rude chubby black lady who works the kitchen & was behind the main desk, was nasty about it

staff was very helpful and friendly, my grandkids had a blast in the pool, rooms were clean over all great experience

pool was closed but the exercise room was open that didn’t make any since kids were unhappy but other then that is was a very nice comfy

kids loved the indoor pool

we chose to do a late check out (3pm) for 30$ and we didnt submit the request until like 11pm so we weren't sure if

it was very chilly when we visited, so i'm very happy they had an indoor pool to keep the kids busy

laundry facility was a huge disappointment & a great inconvenience

quiet room, delicious breakfast that included eggs, waffles, and sausage, very nice downstairs bar that was open until 11pm, and a dave and busters open until midnight conveniently located

we requested and were given a late check out of 1:00pm

was great except gravy was runny and the potatoes were soggy the pool door was broke no way to get back in the electronic key card device was

friendly service, a lovely pool, and breakfast included were all assets

the courtyard our room faced was beautiful & the breakfast was very good
