late check out at 11am

no problem with late check out

would highly recommend this hotel for families with kids

to cool the room have to open the windows which then make it very noisy from the traffic and kids outside

clean, great location, very friendly staff, the room was excellent and new, the free bar and coffee and tea was an extra level of a excellent customer

fact that got charged extra for late check out but still got knocks on the door every 15 min from 9

we looked for a late check out as our ferry wasnt until the evening time and the hotel were more than happy to help
