we asked for a late checkout on the day of departure

booked one of the villas with private pool and it was absolutely stunning, easily the best room we've ever stayed in

as my flight was late at night and my wife is pregnant, mohammed the manager was very accomodating allowing us late

they give us free late check out which was nice for us this is more like a 4 star

was absolutely stunning spacious, modern yet with beautiful moroccan touches, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and a lovely garden terrace overlooking the lush golf course

the wifi wasn t great.

we were also super fortunate to pay for a late check out (as they had availability) for a small fee (+) manal and hassan on the reception were really helpful booking the shuttle, late check out and our taxis etc

the free shuttle to the city was definitely a plus

our flight was 2100 hrs and check out time was 1100 hrs but they allowed us late check out free of cost ; this is one of the thing i can t expect in uk or european hotels
