there was no option for late check out

there were never towels at the pool. no refrigerator in a king room.

kids loved pool

major inconviencence with 3 small kids

closeness to convention center. globe bar room ok.

we were able to have a 1 hour late check out

spacious rooms, nice furniture, great breakfast

one of the best ever hotel breakfasts!

eggs at breakfast could be vastly improved.

just about everything else- sink did not drain, wifi sketchy, broken elevator

don't be discouraged by the filthy parking

asked for a late check out without any additional charges this last check in was a little problematic

the heater in pool hasn’t worked last 2 visits

i came it was way quieter but it was also the weekend this time so maybe there was a few extra kids in the building

breakfast had numerous healthy choices

overnight staff was rude, he gave out our information to people and the laundry closet had dead bugs on the mattress

hotel employee did a late check out for us

the fitness center needs attention

my kids were super disturbed

the pool in my opinion is too small .

and helpful the check out stuff was nice and helpful as well they where able to accommodate a late checkout when they where to busy do late check out i appreciate all of there help

we especially loved the pool hours, open late for adult guests.

the pool could have been cleaner

the pool wasn't as big but we made it work

we loved the bed. it was a great sleep. i enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. 2 tv's a bonus.
