the garbage under the kitchen sink was not taken care of before our arrival.

the free laundry, the outside grill , the room , the quiet hallways ....

so next day when we told them they were very efficient in finding us a new room, loved the free laundry facility and being able to go home

the laundry room and the front desk workers were the 2 things that i enjoyed the most.

late check out was a definite plus

we also enjoyed the indoor pool and spa

the pool and hot tub has a closing time

comfortable bed, breakfast and heated pool.

usable spa / pool in winter!!!!! yay! breakfast had cinnamon rolls… delicious!

late check out because was room was still getting clean when i got my key.

the pool wasn't open, so my kids didn't a chance to swim

also, plaving a family with kids on a top floor is a no no

can check in as late as 3am... has space to park large truck & trailer

the pool was filled but said it was closed we chose a hotel with a pool for the kids to have something to do

nice customer service at the front desk. we were allowed to early check in and late check out.

i didn t really care for the pool area. a little to small for my taste.

from the moment we arrived until our late check out, everyone and everything was awesome.

the day we stayed there were a lot of kids running around, but the noise wasn't to bad.

location was very convenient and the planet fitness next door allowed guests free access to their gym

nice, i believe her name was amanda, she talked to the children and made us feel welcome, the kids loved the pool, the bed was very comfortable and loved the pillows
