they declined me for checking in at 2pm becayse it's 3pm & that's inconvenient & i called for late check out at 1pm & they said no not even for 12:30 most hotels i stated at have a late check

the real bonus was the breakfast and evening wine/cheese area

breakfast was available when i needed it at 7am

staff was nice, breakfast nice, hot water out for 6 days they gave me 2 free

they need to bring back the waffle iron and eggs for the breakfast

and ease of getting a late check out
