they were very understand of us wanting a late check out

floor around the pool could use a good scrub, but the area was tidy with plenty of clean towels.

wifi is terrible, cannot stay connected. it has to be improved.

the kids eyes were burning so bad they were crying and the adults eyes were burning from just sitting

you offered foods that needed heating up, but didnt have a microwave available in the breakfast area

there was never breakfast as advertised. i smelled coffee but only saw it in the laundry area.

the parking lot is far from the second tower when traveling with kids and commuting with all your luggage

staff were very accommodating with early check in after a long flight

did request late check out and apparently it wasn't noted so i did receive a knock on my door but the gentleman

of this property with several convienent stores within walking distance and a clean, inexpensive laundry facility
