wish the laundry was available

laundry mat on-site seems to be out of order since i been here 2 weeks and the pool was

our room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that we plan to find a laundromat to wash our clean laundry to get the smell out

we got into our room early and had a late check out due to medical issues

we liked that there was a bar in the hotel and you could order food as well

breakfast was blah and not even 10 'til 9:00am, the kitchen lady started to close the kitchen taking away bread and the food in the warmer

friendly and helpful staff, clean and quiet room. great full hot breakfast!!!

in the morning the front desk agent gave us a nice late check out, no fuss

got lots of good sleep and had a nice complimentary breakfast prior to check out

with this hotel because it has suites large enough to accommodate my family and because it had a pool and hot tub

the room/bathroom was very clean the pool was nice as it was a saltwater pool which is so much more nicer than a chlorine filled pool

the front desk clerk gave me advil and allowed us to have a late check out at no extra charge

the outside pool area was large enough to accommodate multiple people comfortably
