the option for late check out!

could of had more options for breakfast other than cereal and yogurt , but i get it with covid

the breakfast and selection was amazing.

was an industrial size laundry tub catching water from a pipe in the hallway out side our room catching water that ran

room was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast bar was outstanding

the cleaning staff did not honor our late check out & made excuses for not going down to see the list instead of just apologizing for

breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast, which is fine with us

hotel employee was great in the morning i was running a little late to the breakfast and she had taken down most of it and she was pulling stuff back out for me

there was no room service, no housekeeping, no shuttle, no gym

staff at rest. bar were a little rude and slow. werent ready for the amount of people

location was great, the onsite restaurant- bills bar and burgers- was fantastic

machine on my floor was broken, they did not have a lot of tv channels, you have to pay to watch kids channels

were attending a funeral and requested an early check in and a late check out the staff could not have been more accommodating

the gym is very simple - no barbells, but they have all the weights you need for the common exercises

bottom of the pool was green

a real bar would make this place perfect. the

kitchen was equipped well

i was in town for a race and were very amendable to late check out

decent bar that we spent a little time at, too

we’re going to give my kids two plastic cups no lids to ride to the 18th and 21st floor

is great, room was spacious, late check out could be be easily accommodated at an extra fee

the gym was sorely lacking for a property such as this.

the free wifi was not working the entire stay.

sadly i slept in too late for breakfast and never had time to get in the pool

no shuttle and no room service

inside room and outside such as refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, hot breakfast, and fitness room

we had a comfortable room and kids loved the pool

in really late due to a late flight

a late check out was possible as

my husband told her we scheduled a late check out and she didn't seem too happy about it

we requested late check out and the lady at the desk was very helpful with that

the front desk person let me have a late check out cause i had a five hour drive after working my shift

wanted to sit around the pool in the sun, not swim. no chairs though so we sat on the bench.

the shuttle service was very helpful getting to the pirates game! friendly staff! nice pool!

my purse and bags out the room instead of charging me $20 but i'm a member and requested for a late check out and 2 females came in my room fought me and my babe police came pressing charges and

thru the walls rooms, pet friendly for no extra fees; laundry facilities on site; free extended late check out up til 2 hrs later if needed

i booked a late check out, and was repeatedly asked by staff when i would be checking out

gym,indoor/outdoor pool, restaurants and you cannot leave out the warm beautifully made cookies at

the pool and spa area was my main concern

clean, staff was friendly and had a bar in it

also allowed us late check out for free

staff allowed us late check out without hassle, that was huge

breakfast open 6-10am with 24/7 free coffee, tea and cookies

friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, super clean and the breakfast was delish

fitness center could have been a little more up to date but happy it was there

also they gave me a late check out at 1 pm which is almost unheard of for hotels

same breakfast selection everyday
