i asked if we could have late check out and receptionist said no

the setting was really relaxing, we really enjoyed the spa/ pool area and felt very relaxed throughout our stay

beautiful view, two comfy chairs, windows that opened fully onto the view, such a relaxing space

spa, gym, staff. everything was great

and bar prices are extremely high

were very helpful and met our requests (extra pillows and late check out) promptly
