clean allowed us late check out which helped me

all the staff was very friendly and it was nice to have a late check out with out a charge

we wished the pool was deeper

kids running up and down the hallway yelling at 6am

of airport access, nice lobby and breakfast food and layout

accommodated a late check out

the airport shuttle does not run before 6:30am

10-15 mins from airport & have a shuttle

clean room, breakfast was very good, clean throughout hotel, easy parking, cookies, fruit and flavored water accessible at all times

i really appreciate the desk clerk being able to relocate me from the back of the hotel where the parking lot is poorly lit

late check in, our room was taken so they gave a discount on another let us have late check

the staff was friendly, the rooms spacious and the kids loved the indoor pool

very nice and comfortable place. incl gym

the atmosphere at the bar is fun

clean, had room service till 12 am, in an area with so many restaurants

of our needs, specifically when the times of our event changed they immediately worked to get us early check

at the front desk and bar is so friendly, customer centric and hard working, if the facility was not called hyatt place,

coffee at the breakfast was not so good. the rest of the breakfast was very good.

the proximity to the saratoga racetrack and casino was great
