staff helped when we had an unexpected snafu, gave us late check out and let us keep our car there as we saw some of the sights

the breakfast was excellent and well presented

people were smoking at the pool and also around the front door of the hotel

the fact they had a pool, but i wasn't told that it was outside of the hotel, & i brought my swimming gear expecting to

i would stay is this hotel again and again also i loved the late check out at 12 that gave us extra time to do what we had to do

asked two reps at the front desk because i'm at convocation with my church if we could have a late check out and they told us they would charge us almost half a charge of what it would normally

the elevator was down, and the limit service of the shuttle van

no complimentary coffee in lobby side door to parking lot not secure, did not lock at night

this motel is just very convenient and comfortable and very accommodating. great breakfast
