pre arranged late check in was good, and they provide a late check out which was very helpful for our work

i requested and paid an extra 20 for late check out to then be disturbed not just once but twice quite abruptly over 2 hours and again 1

check in early as we needed a hotel a bit earlier in the day and we wanted a early check in and late check out the next day, but was charged for two separate stays when we just wanted to check in

location over looking the water , staff really helpful and friendly and a nice gesture of a late check

the open wifi connected to my phone fine but would disconnect every now and then and it would not connect to

wifi coverage in the room 34 was poor and kept dropping out of service completely which for

the perfect location on the river large room with comfortable bed good breakfast choice and ample parking

parking a 6m campervan was tricky

a lovely sports bar but still large groups of football fan s took over the family bar got a bit rowdy and broken

nobody : staff or public were wearing masks: pub/restaurant was packed :kids running around

changed and delayed we arrived to check in at 4am, the night staff were fantastic and organised a late check out for us to ensure it was safe for us to drive home the next day

i checked in i asked about late check out for the next day, the girl said i had until 2 and everything was sorted, i even

easy check in, lovely staff, great value and so quiet use of the gym if required and late check out 12pm with breakfast till 11am

family room looked small,kids bed was not made, there were no linens to make them,i had to ask for a refrigerator in my room

parking, excellent rooms, great breakfast, excellent gym and excellent service from everyone be it

the staff, from check in to bar to restaurant were so warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful.

room was large and airy easy of the wifi and the fact it was right has i am disabled and easy to get to

hotel staff agreed a late check out

we mentioned it on the way out and they refunded our late check out fee

we was upgraded to executive suite on arrival due to being guests of the day, also given late check out free of charge and 50% off all food and drinks in the hotel

the pool was the best part, clean, quiet and great for the kids

hotel with swimming pool and gym which was lovely and opening and closing times were really good also

lovely and location was right ontop of everything so we didn't have any trouble with getting the kids to places

payed for later checkout but a manger came knocking on the door at 11:45 despite us paying for late checkout

also we could hear a lot from other rooms, kids running about and a man having an argument but he was very loud

i ate all my meals in my room so ordered room service, there is a 5 tray charge however the food was delicious so it was worth it
