was ready before 3pm, asked for a possible late check out, no one did get back to me

wished to have extended a bit more my late check out but i understand because the occupancy was top

my extra hour late check out to 13

the staff was extremely helpful and we loved the cabana pool we would stay here again if we were to return to kingston

the gym is small but has enough equipment to get a decent workout in and was never crowded

no extra charge for room even though we were 4 persons ms reynolds was kind and allowed me a late check out as i was at the pegasus for the duration of the day and i checked in very late the

great gym area and laundry

cleaner yesterday left dirty bedding laundry on floor next to bed all day

the breakfast was great. i enjoyed the ackee and codfish immensely .

a late check out is not available and for a hilton hotel it is disappointing that there is no where

they gave me a late check out and organized luggage storage and the airport transfer

hospitality, food was great, very clean hotel, pool area nice, gym

i also liked the amenities including the fact that there was a gym which catered to persons who are into the gym life

the lunch and dinner menus could use a bit more variety and maybe even a small kids menu would be a huge help (chicken tenders and cheese pizza goes a long way
