i also asked for a late check out and it was no problem

routinely cleaning the room everyday, provided 3 towels only when booked for 2 adults/ 2 kids

food at continental breakfast was only so so-especially the eggs and specialty breads.

they had full size bodywash/ shampoo/ conditioner hanging on the shower wall , heated pool, hot breakfast bar and next door to cracker

24 hour desk, provided late check out (one hour)

staff kindly offered late check out so

the staff were really lovely and the gym facilities were great

few glitches: no elevator: no shuttle service on weekends

the gym was small but very clean and well maintained

we also got a late check out, which helped, because the concert wasn t over until late

very clean, easy check in! extra $20 early check in fee but not bad!! great facility and area

breakfast was excellent and good selection

simply a great place to stay for everyone from kids to elderly people they make everyone

laundry on site that we did use

he let us stay longer in the pool because our 3 year old daughter really wanted to swim

we were able to get a late check out on the day both family members were discharged from the hospital

with the covid restrictions, they had bagged breakfast each morning and always fresh coffee made

kitchenette was great and well stocked with dishes, utensils etc

we had a very late night with our business at another hotel the night before, so we were not moving quickly the

not the fault of the hotel, the breakfast and coffee was discontinued due to the pandemic
