toiletry items and failure to replace when asked, the dirty lobby stairs, the 1 weight machine in gym was badly broken

they have a wonderful breakfast with a really nice staff and this is now our go to hotel when

laundry is available on site in that hotel

we asked for late check out to come back and rest before driving back home to muskogee

i was expecting a free breakfast, because it was a holiday inn. that was a disappointment!

needed to ask for help to operate the coin laundry as there were no instructions and it was tricky

the hotel bar was inconsistent being open

only negative was we couldn't swim as the pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay.

my 4 kids for birthday vacation, advertised as outdoor pool, pool was cracked, no water, never would

things: i would have liked to have secured wifi access but i didn't ask the staff about it, i simply didn't do anything online requiring

to request any type of room service, like clean towels, holes in curtains, the jacuzzi was cracked, and the jets didn't
