the front desk was very kind to work with me for a late check out

it was very clean the bar was available and pool

coffee, fitness center, and laundry room 24/7 was great

i did not participate in the breakfast i left very early the stay overnight was peaceful

breakfast was not good

i was able to get a late check out (noon) with no problem (+)and they granted us a late check out which was really helpful for our family (-)the key cards didn't work two different times and that it doesn't seem like the late check in was communicated with the front desk, because they had to get the gm to double check

asked for room service to actually clean my room because even upon moving in it obviously hadn t been

the gym stunk like people just sweat into the carpet and it s never been cleaned

bar and restaraunt on site had fantastic food

location and the shuttle

gym was open, the room was real homie with its kitchen and large fridge, along with its kitchen

wish i knew my room was to the left we went right bonus we got to see the whole hotel with a gym

the full kitchen, dvd player, and free movies kept grandchildren entertained

i like being able to do laundry and buy things (laundry soap) from the guest pantry thing

if you wanted to sample the wine during the day, be aware that you’ll need to drive to eat later on)

pool water was clean but the walls needed to be cleaned.

peaceful the wild life, pool&gym, size of room & shower, bed, nice roads, size of property,

the room, the restaurant, the vinyard tour, the pool

kitchen was a little slow
