they were rude the day we had to check out n told us when i asked for late check out
no breakfast
website said there was a gym; there was not. no elevator.
there was a gym mentioned on the hotel webpage, this is why we chose it, but there was none
great customer service, amazing breakfast, very nice cleaning and front desk staff.

woke up late and housekeeping was very accommodating for the late check
service fee- staff said that it paid for wifi and breakfast
extensive onset activities for a family of four. pool, ping pong, fire pit, restaurant etc
i understand with having kids, that's why i requested a room on the first floor so we won't get a complain
the wifi was terrible no breakfast like was it said

i think the bistro was falsely advertised along with the pool

furthermore, it snowed quite a bit the day before we departed, but the parking lot had not been shoveled out between the cars leaving it very icy and slippery

the room tempature and the optional late check out was great and the price was affordable.
i ate at dennys. no breakfast at hotel
breakfast was kinda meh though.
forgot my toothbrush and they happily gave me a spare, the wifi worked well, and the room was spacious
had lots of parking available

love it the kitchen in the room is awesome
the small kitchen is good and can check in earlier.
