staff was absolutely wonderful, check in and check out was a breeze, and they gave me a late check out without any problems

was great with the exception of one person and that was ashley she was very rude i asked for a later check out before i arrived and got an email saying back showing that the hotel received it

breakfast - hot, delicious and gave all members of our group options

the gym was the best thing and it really had nothing in it

can hear kids running upstairs

no mention of late check out fee when i asked for late check out. from the staff at the hotel.

late check out was available which is a plus when traveling with children

clean, updated and quiet. huge tv. beautiful atrium pool. good breakfast.

rooms,lounge area, pool and gym were clean and well maintained, cobwebs in hallway
