my husband asked the front desk for a late check out so that he could stay at the room & let her rest in bed while i shopped with my son

close to what we wanted to do. the pool was great.

no complaints. clean pool and hot tub were fantastic too

there were cookies at check in and the breakfast was decent

the breakfast could have been better they only had a couple options

they must’ve been booked solid too, because even though they sat late check out is an option, they could only allow us 30 minutes and were calling us 15 minutes

breakfast wasn’t anything special, cereal bars, muffins...and coffee.

you do need a much better breakfast selection.

the basics such as the bathroom fittings and kitchenette are dated and let the room down

i requested late check out which was also on tbe letter

is very well set up with the separate rooms and the very nice kitchenette

loved the 2 separate bedrooms for privacy and the kitchenette even though we didn t use it.

kitchen and living room was very nice for the 4 of us

i also want to add that this outside area by the pool is infested with ticks ( no fault of hotels but take precautions) i ended up with 2 on me just

they accommodated a 1 hour late check out, which was super helpful

desk staff helpful and pleasant. asked for a late check out kind of

so they offered us a discount or late check out for the inconvenience

we were doing the sleeping bear marathon and needed to clean up afterwards, we had asked for a late check out

clean, nice breakfast and nice tables on outdoor patio, great indoor swimming pool, very nice staff, easy

staff were very accommodating when we requested an upgrade to the jacuzzi room and a late check out

good central location. great breakfast. very cost effective. enjoyed.

coffee is made all day along with complimentary breakfast in the office building in the mornings

upgraded to the romance package with champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and late check out

the bar outside i wish stayed open later esp since it was during peak season.

my friend and i especially enjoyed the heated outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, whirlpool, and the restaurant, the artisan

hotel shuttle is very nice option--best to schedule rides to ensure availability, but they will take you
