hotel employee did a late check out for us

pool not heated

fitness center and hot tub!

our room was worn, complimentary items in bathroom all mismatched, loud kids running the halls

beds were not comfortable, the hot tub did not work and it was full of kids that were not staying at the hotel

and helpful the check out stuff was nice and helpful as well they where able to accommodate a late checkout when they where to busy do late check out i appreciate all of there help

great breakfast

only complaint was the pool was to cold..

the room was very clean and comfortable.we didn't part take of the breakfast

it would be nice if the pool was bigger but it was clean and towels were provided.

asked for a late check out without any additional charges this last check in was a little problematic

the determining factor in our stay was the very reasonable pet fee in comparison with other springfield properties

so next time they should consider kids not being next to someone who just wanted to sleep all

room,the laundry, coffee,tv is nice in breakfast area,paper, kristen in the morning i think that is her name

friendly, a good deal, nice breakfast, easy to get to from the interstate

the entire staff and stay a+ to anyone who would stay here plus the breakfast is great!

i liked being able to pick out our room number in advance when we did early check in through the app

we were able to have a 1 hour late check out
