i asked for a late check out and april immediately took care of my request

pool was way too cool for the grandkids to use

breakfast was wonderful rooms were very clean.. i felt very safe just like i was home

breakfast was good but in 20 minutes of waiting time the staff didn’t restock the scrambled eggs

we went to a concert at the simon bank arena, even though it was walking distance we get a free shuttle bus to go the event and they also picked up us at the end of the concert

we were shuttled to skinny jj's restaurant by the hotel and then chose to walk back

pool, fitness center, and laundry are small and dated, but available

parking and no microwave in room and no continental free breakfast, pool very small

the pool needed to be cleaned

it’s located right in the heart of downtown little rock and it was plenty of activities for kids and adults

the staff was super friendly. accomodated us with late check out. the rooms were clean.

staff were very helpful, we felt very safe with parking lot cameras (cross country moving truck) (+)let me park my transport trailer in the lot,bed was really comfortable, the a/c

not a good neighborhood but convenient. no breakfast

didn't have a free steak and eggs with hashbrowns breakfast with a large duncan donut carmel ice coffee with cream and sugar

2 towels for 4 people, had to ask for breakfast it wasn t available at first, blow dryer would have been nice

didn’t work and there was a water leak from the fridge all kinds of people walking thru and the pool was

unfortunately pool was closed for renovation

can tell the building is old and it wasn’t really clean the room had a smell, no pool ,it was nowhere to put my clothes no closet dresser or nothing, the plugs in the room were

nothing. pool closed, no coffee or breakfest. place is filthy.

loved that check out isn't until noon and we were still able to get a late check out til 1:00

the layout, the employees where very accommodating . late check out

the pool was kinda dirty, the outdoor fire pit was broken, and the king suite did not have a jacuzzi

pool closes at 9pm, including the seating area around a beautiful fire pit

instead of sending room service,

parking was ok but i would prefer to have been more in front of the hotel

large clean comfortable room, friendly front desk staff. late check out as a bonus.

accommodate any needs and the breakfast was fulfilling an tasty my kids also enjoyed the indoor pool

super clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, and the pool was very nice.

the only problem was the parking lot had alot of trash around it

it was little tight parking.
