i love the view,, the pool, the grounds, the valet and front desk staff, the late check out option, the beautiful rooms and the beds

environment with a great spa, close to a casino, pool with a water slide, and spacious rooms

shuttle to the casino was running slow due to the event

location, amenities, great for kids, good food.

kept hotel, not options close by to eat but pool was nicely kept, rooms are spacious, hotel rooms are well cleaned and maintained

there was no vending machine or way to buy laundry detergent on site

came to phoenix to graduate from college, great location, great food at the bar and good drinks

i requested an early check in and a late check out and they honored my request with no hesitation

friendly staff at the front desk both at check in and late at night when we asked for a late check out

great gym. nice to have scented waters available in the phoenix heat.

staff was courteous and helpful, they even gave us a late check out so we could swim an hour longer

called twice to get items that were missing in the room, it took being rudely persistent to get a late check out to make up for lost time when the hotel failed to notify us the room was ready,

upgraded to the penthouse suite and it was amazing everyone was so nice room service was on point

the pool is very small

the gym was very nice with a good view of downtown

the best parts for me was the 24 hr security and the ev charging

for me was excellent, but it something my kids would not enjoy due to the spread of breakfast items
