we stayed for the murcia marathon, and really appreciated the late check out offered for the event

the bar and restaurant were not open when we went to eat at 7.30pm nor was it open at breakfast.

really liked that this hotel had a late check out, it wasn't necessary to check out of the hotel until noon

we were travelling with a 4-month-baby, but we were able to get hot water in the morning from the bar (it would be more convenient to have it at disposal during the day and night)

we requested late check out and that was no problem and we were not charged for it either

more variety of alcohol in the bar and timing said bar closes at 11 - concert finished after 12 so nightcap not available - but

mini bar with water much appreciated

it had a reasonably priced car park underneath and a lovely bar and

staff lovely, left us have late check out.

was a little bit tight and room service when ordering food was a little overpriced with additional 3 per item on the menu

although the roof terrace and the bar were very good, the swimming pool was a bit too small,

unavailablity of 24 room service. unavailabilty if free parking.

the factualities were lovely especially the pool, we will definitely be staying at hotel nelva again

restaurant was shut but pool bar did some great meals although menu was very limited

the pool is beautiful but the gym is sad

no tea making facility in room poor gym location no spa facilities

was good, but would have preferred it rolled in with the price of stop over and i thought the late check out charge was a bit on the heavy side

there was an option for a late check out at a very reasonable price

about this place except for the bar area , for food there was no chef available and ltd
