24 hour hot tub... and late check out

pool was closed as was the hot tub. but was still a great experience

the kitchenette was great; we could make our own dinner

staff was great! great breakfast. centrally located for shops and food.

i was very thankful for a late check out as i had a late flight home to

bedding, i enjoyed the size of the beds, which were great; everyone were nice, and i requested a late check out that was accommodated even though the hotel was fully booked with large parties

i appreciated the amenities - spa quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner, also, coffee, tea and water

not walking distance to the metro but has a shuttle to the metro that runs on a regular schedule

early check in a plus ( booked last minute due to flight cancellation) (+)allowed early check in, counter rep gave 50% discount on parking and waived the $14/day wifi fee (-) no early check in

was they disrespectful to the staff and us guests and they was loud all night into the morning, kids didn't know what was going on and was scared, it was crazy stuff ud83dude33

be better with complimentary late check out till 1pm ( like most other hotels ) the front desk staff calvin, ryan and karina

this is the first hotel on my life where the front desk asked me if i wanted a late check out the next day upon arrival

we did not complain, our room was small and tucked between the gym and laundry room

to be cleaned, needed an extra blanket and they were accommodating with no issues and asked for a late check out
