even when a late check out was not available we were allowed to use an area in the lounge to stay longer and

hotel in a great location the spa and pool was amazing, the room very comfortable and the food at breakfast was outstanding

with only 1 breakfast item per plate but it was fine and they were very accommodating making the kids bacon sandwiches

) even the breakfast staff were extremely helpful and really seemed to enjoy their work - these are often the

breakfast was excellent and well organised

stay, there was a storm when we arrived but staff were very accommodating and let us have a late check out no problem when our ferry was cancelled

hotel bar was very expensive which just meant we went to another hotel for drinks & food

experience, staff super friendly and helpful, gave advice on local attractions and allowed a late check out

they sorted the wifi issue for us the first day we arrived

around bangor, we were very happy with all of the things this place had, from a decently equipped bar offering cocktails, lagers, ciders, etc at good prices, to pool tables nearby and large tvs

close to town , clean and comfortable good bar and breakfast downstairs.

location, the staff were very friendly and i really enjoyed the bar area which has a lovely sized garden area too
