we checked in around 4am and they let us do a late check out of noon, which was greatly

the pool area wasnt very clean, cigarette butts and debris in pool

only thing i missed getting was the free breakfast, i normally leave before it is ready, there should be a deduction in the room price

convenient and good breakfast. staff was amazing

everything from breakfast to how friendly and helpful the staff was

from the moment we arrived until our late check out, everyone and everything was awesome.

yes! there were some kids cussing and diving in the pool, had no respect!!

location was very convenient and the planet fitness next door allowed guests free access to their gym

the day we stayed there were a lot of kids running around, but the noise wasn't to bad.

however the front desk took our cooler to their back kitchen and filled us up

the only problem i experienced was i paid for late check out and was disturb 3 times before my check out

phone inside the room didn t work , when we went to go to the pool , we couldn t get inside because all of a sudden the staff decided that was time to clean it

i also really appreciated the airport shuttle

for and was given a late check out since my wife had an early morning and late afternoon appointment at the nearby

there were no clean towels left in the pool or gym area when we were there, but we were given some upon

nice customer service at the front desk. we were allowed to early check in and late check out.

the parking was convenient for me when entering and exiting the hotel

nice pool area. beds were comfortable. staff was friendly.

+ 25 minute drive to oak mountain state park+ laundry and ice machines on each floor

the breakfast had been upgraded, which was amazing.

3pm late check out was amazing! i got a chance to sleep in after a long night.

chlorination in pool.and spa was so.strong i couldn't stay anywhere in the area. horrible.
