i was granted a late check out which i appreciated so much

day (sorry don't recall name ) was very helpful and friendly and was able to provide me with a late check out time

pool was not open.

they seem to go the extra mile to make customers happy (free breakfast, complimentary cookies, coffee, flavored water, and even complimentary bottled water in

great staff. great breakfast.

after chemo i sometimes get pretty sick and the staff gave us a late check out to give me sometime to feel well enough to travel

1st night kids were running/yelling in the hallway, the night staff ignored it til i called at 11pm

there were two kids and a mom swimming in there and my wife and i love each other and thought there's swimsuits

we had breakfast in the morning and it was delicious

i liked the late check out, fridge & microwave.

location was iffy and the indoor pool was not working so we had to use the outdoor pool that was across the parking lot and located

as a result, i did not avail myself of the amenities like the pool or gym as i didn't know where in the building they were and did not want to speak to that staff member

our room was comfortable and we enjoyed the spa tub in the room.

prior notice of not having a gym or a pool even though it said it did on their website

i used to love this hotel. nice property, with great amenities such as the gym and courtyard.
