staff worked with us for a late check out and bed preference.

pool area smelled musty

the pool area could have had some towels, and stayed open a little later.

didn’t like that the pool and the fitness room closes so early

would have loved some gluten free items for breakfast. otherwise it was fantastic all around!

they were very accommodating neeed a late check out for only an hour after the regular time and they granted it with

torn curtains, smell of bleach laundry, poor appearance in entrance foyer, dog barking

the weird guy sleeping in the laundry room.

the walls are a little thin and there were a lot of kids running around but the quieted down in the evening and it was not a problem

all 'the kids' carry around some sort of 'smart phone'

if i were to come back again i would book that room with my kids cause they had so much room to play around in

after that you have to purchase from starbucks at a little cafe in the bar area

the gym and laundry areas, which are pretty important to business travelers, are clean and functional
