asked for late check out til 12 noon instead of 11 am ok if we pay 25

we weren't able to partake in the early check-in or late check out or use of the bikes but it was a great gift

available not even enough for in the amount of guests i have with me i called them to ask for a late check out and they told me they could give me 30 minutes that would be all that they could do

oh, and we were guest of the day so enjoyed free parking during our stay and late check out free too

i also liked that they had an online check in where you could request early or late check out for a resonable rate, as long as they could accommodate it

they let us have a very late check out!

you will love love love the pool area amazing view to the ocean pool bar and food and plenty of lounging chairs and table plus electric outlets and wi-fi

the gentleman at the pool that runs the show does an excellent job all around

the lobby bar has one of the most beautiful views i have seen - a life size picture postcard of gently

the hotel staff were so nice and even accommodated a late check out for us

husband i am traveled many times to sd with our kids and for the first time i used a 2nd party site to book because i wanted to surprise them with

beach chairs, towels, bikes, secure parking, room service, poolside service, with guest laundry services and robes

location was fabulous, the laundry facilities, staff was so friendly and accomodating, parking lot was key, bed comfortable

it was big with a full kitchen, full size table and mini sofa

was a bit small and one of the staffers yelled at my kids who were playing outside in the common area at 8:30 at night

they also had complimentary late check out upon request (and subject to their room availability of course), but it was nice not

my kids loved the pool area .

not like that there were extra charges to use the hot tub in the gym area

the following day my flight was leaving very late and i asked if it was possible to do a late check out and the man at the front desk was so

price we paid, i expected something discounted whether it be parking for 1 day or 15-20% off on a spa service

a separate kids pool would be nice ;)

he was not dressed for the occasion but he didn’t seem to mind and the kids were having a lot of fun
