i asked for a late check out and they accomodated
she made sure we were set up with a late check out as well, to ensure we got some sleep
the pool could be a little warmer, but overall it was a very nice stay.
staff, breakfast, cleanliness left something in the room when we left and they mailed it back to us
earlier pool/jacuzzi opening would be nice
