was in town for a funeral, and checked in very late (2 am) and the front desk clerk asked if i wanted a late check out right away

that the inside pool water was cold !! i though in winter inside pools are heated

requested no room service while i was there and i believe that was honored

we were able to get a late check out with no problem

liked that it has breakfast and a place where you can do laundry in the hotel

been nice to know beforehand about the $100 deposit and that the facilities were closed (pool, gym, no breakfast), but those are minor complaints
