i asked for a late check out and they accomodated

she made sure we were set up with a late check out as well, to ensure we got some sleep

the indoor swimming pool and the whirlpool were good for relaxing sore muscles after a long drive

and hotel , pool area , everything was clean , staff was all friendly and helpful

was enjoyable, early check in was appreciated, staff provided more towels and room amenities promptly when we

bed is super comfortable... facility is clean. breakfast is great.

the breakfast was wonderful and the pool was nice. beds were very comfortable.

laundry facility not adequate for the amount of rooms. our bathroom sink was leaking.

evening were packed with some kids having a pool party so it wasn't enough space for others.

pool area was over loaded, lots of kids and no adults supervisor, throwing balls around, hitting

our son had so much fun pushing the buttons on the elevator and playing in the pool

laundry soap had to be purchased at the front desk and was expensive

i personally didn't take part in the breakfast offerings but my husband did! he enjoyed it!

there's a laundry area, breakfast in the morning, guest and staff are friendly

i wish they served a hot meal for breakfast

i loved the breakfast. they were able to replace sausage with chicken. late check out at 2pm.

with that being said, our neighbors were blaring music really late which made it hard for our kids to fall asleep

checking in the front desk stated no room service due to covid

location, the parking was good, the courtyard was phenomenal, the hotel staff was remarkable

the place smelled like marijuana for the first half of our stay. wifi was very slow.

our second night there, thier were 3 dozen kids there and it was still very quiet

they did give me a late check out without penalty.
