we also ordered room service and enjoyed our meal (the food came quickly which was great because my son was (*) from the front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast buffet staff, lobby bartenders, to the room service from bistro 933, our stay was top notch (+)clean, great staff and room service delivery from the restaurant next door. (-), room service, etc (+) i loved that there was room service: i was really tired after driving all day and it was easy (*) first, there is no room service (+) the staff was very friendly and welcoming to me and my wife and the food we ordered through room service was pretty tasty (-)room service

do not like that the pet fee is not quoted

staff was very friendly, and they were very accommodating on a late check out

bed bugs, shuttle didn't run past 9 pm so we were stranded at the airport

nothing but breakfast was adequate and shuttle service helpful even though they charged a lot for a short ride

they were very accommodating neeed a late check out for only an hour after the regular time and they granted it with

understand about the pool but the fitness center was closed

they refused to let us have a late check out but accommodated other guests with late

i can't comment on their breakfast or their additional facilities as i didn't use any of them

the pool is currently closed but that's not their fault, that's the state rules
