after return they offered us free late check out to get a shower and rest a little

had a very good experience, the room was in the renovated building with free access to the pool and gym

the room (apartment with kitchen and sofa) quite big, with new furniture, very comfortable and cleaned every day

staff, breakfast, spacious room, ocean view

location and very quiet convenient shops in the building you can pay a little extra to have a late check out

we paid for half board which was perfect for us as we got to fill up at breakfast then leave for the day and come back for dinner to fill up again

the pool was great and the room was absolutely perfect for a summer holiday

at check in was resolved with a bottle of cava and a late check out which was very much appreciated but the issue should not have happened in the first

for instance we had to go downstairs and buy water from the bar and after 12 pm, even then bar was closed

whole hotel gives you everything you need, beach, pools, gym, spa and enough restaurants

gym weight equipment needs to be updated.

food was not great , they had no kids club , no kids entertainment at all

also no problem with late check out

while also having spa, rooftop bar and pool area for adults

you could always get a sunbed at the pool

breakfast was really good

my only criticism was the gym area was a little basic!
