staff was really friendly and the room was excellent and so was the breakfast we will definitely come

all the staff was helpful at all times from signing in to breakfast to leaving the hotel

breakfast absolutely terrible with no variety and disgusting ud83eudd22 hygiene, plates not wasted properly with food sticking on it

we asked for late check out; again this was no problem

the health center and pool and the breakfast was fantastic and so was the early check in and late check out

the excellent wifi and the large, modern clean rooms and bathrooms.

the rooms very clean and the staff a very polite. my kids love the pool and i love the breakfast

dexter the bar and restaurant manager was another member of staff that went over and beyond for us, he was

no back up provisions for food due covid whereas other hotels provide room

the breakfast was fantastic the choice wonderful. beautifully cooked and well presented

reception was really helpful as i wanted late check out and he said that wasn't a problem

staff are so friendly and helpful. breakfast is very nice here at the hotel.

the sofa bads wasn't comfortable for my kids to sleep

didn't like the fact that if you want to pay for late check out, we had to go to the reception to pay instead of paying when checking out

the only issue i had was the late check out, they requested £10 an hour which in thought wasn’t conducive to great customer

the room described to have chocolate or biscuits and water on arrival there was nothing

sadly one member of my family felt unwell and i was asked to pay £10 per hour for a late check out when it was hard for to sleep in the noisy place in the first place

restaurant was excellent and the bar ideal for meetings

hotel was lovely, breakfast really good, ample grounds and parking

had a meal from the bar menu which was very good
