i wasn’t particularly bothered by the noise in the evening, firstly because i’ve small kids and noise is my everyday; secondly because i can sleep with noise

we did not get to meet the owner of the observatory, just the chef and bar staff and the waitresses who were really kind and courteous to us

we arrived and upon check in we were upgraded rooms at no extra cost, i enquired about a late check out and we were also given this for no extra cost

bar staff seemed to be very rude when questions were asked

your breakfast staff were excellent along with your bar staff and if we come back to ilfracombe, we will definitely stay at the britannia again

the screens at the bar can come down now covid is long gone
