they gave me a late check out because we woke up late..
was out with wires hanging, the hardware in the bathtub was missing screws out unsafe for the kids
graffiti all over the room the door didn’t work if we needed in the staff had to let us in my kids were super
not safe for kids at all
only show kids tv show and certain movies

i had a late night check in and he was very helpful
i was allowed an early check in plus they had coffee making facilities in the room.

they accommodated my requests for late check out as well as helped us during our stay by graciously providing extra towels, cutlery,
i never have an issue asking for a late check out
nothing i didn't like except they stop serving breakfast to early
the kids had so much fun at the pool and their beds and pillows were so fluffy and comfortable
it has laundry facility, heated pools, free parking for guests, and free breakfast

were willing to accommodate a late check out for free because i had to have surgery the morning of the 9thand my husband and
took my four year old grandson and we loved the kids pool
super clean and has a nice bar to sit at on your laptop to work. very comfortable.
laundry room was a little small but was manageable.
location. friendly and accommodating staff! great pool area. comfortable and spacious rooms.

they allowed us a free very late check out
free breakfast, small gym, pool and a washer and dryer
love the pool, breakfast options and location!
some other places, they have a medium sized plastic laundry bag that you can put your dirty clothes in and wash them later
the pool was also enjoyable
