as i lost my son that day they were very helpful and kind assisting me with checking in and late check out

paying for wifi is bs! room was very small

wifi is misleading; booking reports the motel has wifi, but not that it is for an extra charge; and

but would love the courtesy of sleeping in my car in your safe parking lot and using your vending machines in the trips i can't afford everything

my room was always ready and waiting and the parking was very convenient to my room

employee listened to my request for late check out due to medical procedure

location, pool & restaurant was good,

pool was lovely but noisy freeway did not add to outdoor relaxation,

the late check out time was really nice to be able to sleep in not feel rushed to leave first thing in

strong bleach smell near pool.

i expect about a holiday inn express: excellent free hot breakfast, large clean rooms/bathrooms, fitness room, pool, free parking and wifi, comfortable beds, very well maintained and clean

town for a job interview and they took the time to tell me about the area as well as arranged for late check out based on my interview schedule

also, i got done with my class early and it was raining hard so i called to see if i could get an early check in

they even gave me an extra 1/2 hour late check out which was so kind and much needed

i wish the pool was open longer like 9 am to 10 pm.
