i liked that the front desk associate was willing to provide a late check out

smelled and looked very clean, friendly staff, quick check-in/out, great breakfast, working pool and hot tub, great location, great

there was a cold bagel, bottled water, and a chewy granola bar in a brown paper bag

for a breakfast selection

the breakfast wasn't so great.

and easy check in and was given a no hassle late check out option

we also enjoyed the little outdoor patio and fire pit area outside of the pool

the bar open until 11 or 12 pm

gym was great & had several dumbbell weights

nice big rooms and pool

when they saw me they were swift with check in and let me have a late check out until 1pm the next day

great indoor pool, the steak house, views, and rooms all make this my favorite place to visit in chattanooga

the staff was incredibly friendly and the food catered by room service was outstanding

plus, all the restaurants, room service and the bar are exceptional

near dining, coffee, and walking/biking distance from a climbing gym, the aquarium, and walnut street bridge

staff was helpful at every juncture, and they were accommodating to my late check out request

the heated outdoor saltwater pool was amazing!

the staff in the bar was excellent

location...pool...staff were very friendly and helpful

the kids loved having youtube as a channel

staff and management were very accommodating to my early check in and very late check out

i only wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the pool

kids were bummed out

the gym was great as well

brother & his wife said they had issue accessing pool with their room key

did like the value until they kept my $100 deposit because i was late checking out

breakfast

the location was perfect and the breakfast was delicious

didn’t try the continental breakfast, but did take a peek and seemed to be plenty of choices to start the morning

no sausage 0n the breakfast bar.

i needed a late check out due to running a race in the morning - no problem for them

my mother ended up getting food poisoning from dinner so they allowed us a late check out to give her a little more time to rest before getting back on the road for another

were given a room next to the 'gym' that was open til midnight with the equipment on the same wall as our beds

enjoyed the breakfast they had such a wide variety to choose from.

and everyone in the pool was watching you
