we were not able to get an early check in or late check out, and for over $400 for 2 nights, i would think a couple extra hours shouldn’t have

we enjoy the quiet, the full kitchen, the gas fire place and listening to the water in fall river

the spa tub was great

spacious suite. the hot tub was great. we liked the full kitchen.

after booking the room, we received an email with a laundry list of everything you’re not allowed to do, and requires your signature

and how they accommodated us two times now that we asked for an early check in and a late check out with no extra charge

all the rooms were nice - bedroom, living room area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom (super comfy)

most people probably won’t cook, but we booked this place specifically for the kitchen

very nice layout with the living area & kitchen upstairs and bedroom downstairs

they allowed us to do a late check out free of charge

grandson loved the heated pool

the kitchen was incredibly well-equipped

the swimming pool needed a little attention.

absolutely loved the room, my kids enjoyed the spa tub

also the laundry room was great they had free laundry soap and dryer sheets, you only had to pay to wash and

didn’t use the pool ( daughter just had a henna tattoo applied) and too windy to sit in hot tub

the pool was clean and perfect temp

we were gone a little longer than expected shopping downtown, and the hotel allowed us a late check out

still too cool for the outdoor pool but it was filled when we left

the pool was clean, which was important because that's where our kids hang out the most

popcorn and smores in the evening, even though we didn't participate, kids would love this

our suite included a massage chair, two theater seats, a kitchen area, and a private patio

have a lake view room and when i checked in they moved me to a different room and my view was the parking lot very unhappy about that
