we both used the pool 3 times and it was beautiful and the outdoor hot tub

hours of the fitness center and bike rentals were more limited than what we would have liked

before bed we asked if it was possible to pay for a late check out

we got late check out hassle free when asked as our baby was

were extremely accommodating and friendly, they fit us in to the spa last minute and gave us a late check out

count on spending a minimum of 1 hr to enjoy all the vitality suite has to offer, and ask for a late check out so you can indulge 1 last time before checking out

bathroom - decor was very old-school - the staff did not explain how to get access to the spa or gym

room service, we ordered room service and mine didn't come as ordered, although in saying that i

nothing really. the wifi has to be logged into every time you use it which is a little strange.

my husband, friend and i were travelling to killarney for a wedding and needed an early check in in order to change straight from

spotlessly clean hotel with all the staff being friendly and helpful and ample free parking

the petrol station opposite has great food options and a tasty late night ice cream counter

kids club starting at 4 i have a 2 year old who would of loved kids club

the facilities were great, kids enjoyed the swimming pool whilst adults enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi
