arrived at 2am and asked for a late check out at 12 (which is normal at other choice hotels) but staff were absolutely horrible

receptionist was very kind and even proposed to arrange late check out

i didn’t have time to use all amenities but they had a sauna, hot tub, pool

they had a breakfast room and first time ever seeing a sauna at a hotel.
