they let us check in an hour early with no fee they gave us a late check out with no fee

parking is very convenient as well

it was a seamless check in after that, and i was amazed they have free laundry facilities- and a workout room

this hotel room was perfect, roomy and clean. the kitchenette was very nice to have.

laundry machines were filthy- dryers not kept clean-lint so packed in to vents it looked like a

friendly staff, accommodated an early check in when i arrived.

customer service with early check in late check out for work purposes.

fitness room was nice and it was great to be able to do laundry

the pool is very shallow for abut 40% of it (3 feet) but that would be great for kids and i am short ;) deep end for taller folks

only planned to stay 1 night, but decided on staying another so the kids could swim more

our daughter had to have a sleep deprived eeg so they let us have special privileges to the pool all hours of the night so we had entertainment for her

they accommodated a late check out

got to bring my dogs the hot tub the pool and the free breakfast

it was quiet, staff was welcoming, breakfast was great!
