extra towels as needed, was able to get an extra hour late check out for no charge

asked for a late check-out (12 noon)

breakfast buffet was included, not fancy but good

kids running in the hall after 11pm. staff tried to remedy

i had kids very upsetting and the clouds were dark miles away

amazing staff, clean. late check out,great hot tub,variety at breakfast

breakfast was good and room was very clean

nothing for kids to do

room service no gym no pool staff not amicable midnight front desk attendant ( young man)

was a large number of high school kids staying there for a tournament and they did not settle down until after midnight

best western granted me a late check out.

swimming pool great entertainment for the kids

the breakfast is buffet style and rivals restaurants we have paid more for

all facility itself was clean, pool was decent and clean just a little small

everything. great breakfast, beds were made every day and fresh towels. staff was great
