location, about a block from the lake, access to boat tours, kayaks, a park and the resort at coeur d' alene

unavail, so they upgraded to king, 2bdrm w/ full kitchen

i called ahead to find out what was included in the kitchenette and no one returned my called

location was great! the fact we had two rooms with a king and queen bed and kitchen was awesome.

convenient location right off highway close to food and gas late check out hours

lady at the desk was helpful and very understanding, i like that check out was noon and that the pool was a decent temperature and no one harassed us at the pool my family gathered and we all had

fact that the pool is not included with your stay should change

for free or at a much reduced rate, which makes the room rate a little high since there is no pool access

room lovely staff accommodating for a late check out jacuzzi not working though so that was

the pool area was indoors and nice and clean

microwave plug wouldn't reach the outlet, toilet was extremely too low , its perfect size for kids ,but not for

early check in and late check out

were exhausted and requested late check out since we checked in so late and the desk lady asked when would work for us

the breakfast was great, it was hot and good, ready all morning and such polite staff

like the area it's quite and the breakfast was good they have 2 different waffle makers fruit toppings donuts yogurts fresh coffee
