the lady in the morning was not, i called about a late check out because we fell asleep again and she flat out said no

like that the front desk person allowed me to do a late check out

this is after i asked about a late check out which i was rudely ignored about

they had breakfast and a late check out.

staff was welcoming and friendly. breakfast was great and gym was good.

i come and stay 2 nights every 6 weeks bc i work offshore and we need a night or 2 away from the kids

my kids couldn’t sleep well in a cramped sofa bed

they allowed us to do a late check out because we didn't get there until 1:30 in the morning and we had been driving for

the pool is very small. there were 4 “large “ ladies in it so i could not get in.

broken ice maker, clothes dryer out of order, extremely loose toilet seat, shower grab bar repaired with epoxy, came unattached from shower wall when i grabbed it for

advertisement because the only reason i picked the hotel because on the website showed it was an bar and restaurant on site and it

fyi- with the flu virus being as bad as it is, parents with little kids should not have sick babies sneezing around the food

the pool was closed and the pool that was suggested had big roaches in the pool room just nasty

i loved the pool area, kids loved it

there were a lot of drunk kids and children running up and down the halls after 11pm.
