i called front desk and asked for late check out

was friendly, breakfast was perfect, swimming pool fantastic

the location and quiet. we love the walk in showers and new lounge/breakfast area.

more lighting in the front parking lot is also needed

the parking lot did not feel safe. there were several people hanging out in the parking lot.

arrived very late the front desk was very accommodating

the bar upstairs wasn’t open on sunday and that is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel

very new and modern looking. the pool was nice and the rooms were spacious.

am a choice member platinum and they were rude and would not give me a late check out dtugies and drunk people hanging

the pool wasn’t open yet, but i promised my kiddos i’d take them back when it does open

we requested a late check out as we were in town for the spartan race and knew our son would need a shower before

closed the pool the fitness room was out of order we were put in a smoking room when we requested

close to rt 85. first floor entrance. breakfast included. pet friendly accomation.

unfortunately, we had to have a late check out and the staff was extremely patient and kind even though they had to wait on me to

had drove from michigan & slept late (waking up 6 minutes before check out) i called the front desk panicked and the staff was

excellent stay just didn't get swing due to that the pool wasn't open yet

i feel since we were a traveling family with kids more should have been done to make us feel more safe

everything was great, pool, breakfast, room, etc..

they also allowed a late check out, which was nice

it was nice having onsite laundry facility however it seems there were a number of people not staying at the hotel coming in

morning, the attendant at the front desk was very polite and friendly as she helped me adjust a late check out on my room

loved the early check in and the fact that they offer late check out

wish the outdoor pool was open to enjoy the warm sun.

we love the cooked to order breakfast, and enjoy the evening

staff was friendly food was good and the bar staff made really good drinks and had awesome service
